Kwaw Kese will walk free today, April 24, 2015 after serving his one day prison sentence.
A Kumasi High Court on Thursday presided by Judge Wililiam Boampong jailed him for smoking cannabis in public in November 2014.
He was also fined Gh¢1,200 which he paid before going to jail.
Kwaw Kese spent over a month in remand when he was arrested by Kumasi Police on Saturday November 22, 2014 at a popular Bar.
He also spent few days at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital after he was taken ill due to poor conditions at the Kumasi Central Prisons.
