On Saturday, October 18, 2014, some Ghanaian celebrities, health workers saw the launch of One Ghana United Against Ebola. a project of the Ebola Education Fund (EEF), a private sector led Ebola Education and Prevention initiative spearheaded by Dalex Finance Limited.
The fund was established to harness private sector resources to fund education on the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD).
The campaign launch which started with a poster pasting, flyers distribution across the capital city of Accra, was ended at Rawlings Park, Accra, where hundreds of audience settled down for the launch proper.
Some of the personalities that made it to the launch were Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection Nana Oye Lithur, Chairman of Dalex Finance and Leasing Limited; Mr. George Jackson, international model, Victoria Michaels, Stacy Amoateng, Toosweet Annan, Vincent McCauley Jnr, Miss Malaika 2014 finalists among others.
