Jeremie van-garshong has a lot on her table. She works with The Radio Advertising People (TRAP) as Marketing Manageress. At TRAP, she records commercials for television and radio. She is a radio presenter and co-host of 4Syte TV.
Jeremie recently made a shocking exit from YFM to begin a new life at Live FM. Interestingly both stations share the same young audience.
Contrary to what most people are thinking as the reason why she left the Accra Mall based Y 107.9 FM to the Tesano-based Live 91.9 FM, Jeremie in an interview with ENewsGH said that, swapping the stations is not about competition, “this is not a competition”, adding that “nobody is overtaking anybody”.

She said the core aim of radio should be about reaching out to people and not be in a competition
“… Of course everybody starts from some place. I did Y for 5 years and I’ve started Live; I don’t know how long I’m going to be here for, but what I do know is that at the end of the day I want to be that person who helps people grow. Right now I seem like the entertainment chick; there’s so much more to me. I think God placed me here so I can get the audience that I’m getting … So that when I start to try to inspire them, I start to try to motivate them, they will understand because they’ve grown with me.”
