Emelia Brobbey returned to Ghana on Thursday to a huge welcome from colleague actors and actresses. She has shot down allegations of a supposed shoplifting incident in a United Kingdom supermarket.
The young actress answered questions from a cross section of the media, who had gone to the Kotoka International Airport to seek answers to the many rumours that had been making the rounds all this while.
Among other things, she’s denied ever shoplifting, indicating what happened was an accident. Brobbey, who had a solid majority of fellow actors and actresses from Kumasi backing her during the press interaction, says the issue has since been taken up by her lawyers.
